Shandong SKT Overseas Labor Training Center (hereinafter referred to as “Center”) is a labor training institute approved by Shandong Provincial Department of Commerce. As a professional training institute, the Center provides commissioned and targeted training, focused on pre-job training, vocational skills training and language training, to promote the healthy development of the overseas labor service and meet the demand for labors of the international market.

Sticking to the aim of improving the capability of the trainees through education, the Centre is devoted to culturing practical international technical talents through combining language training with professional technical guidance and skills training and highlighting the integrity of theory and practical training.

The Centre has very favorable training conditions and complete facilities, including theoretical training room, library, multimedia classroom, conference room, training base, physical training field, student apartment, canteen and some other equipment and facilities.

 The Center has a faculty made of dozens of experienced full-time teachers, including several teachers with rich social and teaching experience from Japan, and some outstanding returned talents who are keen on the overseas labor service. The Center also invites competent authority of the industry, professors from universities and experts in overseas labor service to give regular training lessons to the faculty to get the latest information about the foreign enterprises promptly and accurately and to improve the teaching quality and ensure the qualifications of the labors sent abroad.
